Canoeing Le Plongeoir

Ideally located on the banks of the Dordogne river, a stone's throw from the historic "Pont du Garrit", and in the immediate vicinity of major sites such as: Laroque – Gageac; Beynac; Les Eyzies or even Les Milandes and Belvès.

The Kayak le Plongeoir canoe base welcomes you and invites you to discover the heritage of the Périgord Noir, and its fascinating history along the water.

On site you can enjoy large shaded parking for your vehicles, a snack bar, toilets and a beach with access to the river.

A young and dynamic team will provide you with quality service, and will always advise you with a smile and good humor.

We offer different routes depending on your physical condition!

Once the route and departure time have been chosen, we will meet 15 minutes before at the base to equip you and inform you of the safety instructions.

Take your time.....No time limit at the Diving Board!!!! (last arrival max 6:30 p.m.)

Enjoy your vacation and the river without the stress of having to return by bus, and a schedule to respect.

All our departures and arrivals are at the base of Le Plongeoir, we will take you back by bus upstream of the river at the start of your route and all you have to do is join us.

So no bus on arrival! No watch!

On your arrival, we will welcome you, collect the equipment, and all you have to do is find your vehicles in the shade of our large poplar trees, or come and enjoy the snack/bar for a refreshing break.
